James does not immediately stand out as a player for the PL. Expected him to end up as PSG. Probably too much of a luxury player for a Mourinho side, would only really be an option off a striker, not disciplined enough to play in a wider role and not good enough to build a team around when you already have the likes of Pogba and Miki.
