Good luck to him. I like that he’s not gone straight into managing at the highest level - not saying the Championship is starting from the bottom, but there’s a world of difference in managing Plymouth, Derby etc compared to managing the likes of Villa and Chelsea a la Gerrard and F£#%&!. He’s earning his stripes and I hope long term he becomes a successful manager.
