I've recently taken to spreading squished white pudding into a sausage and bacon (non-toasted) sandwich. It's immense. Healthy dollop of salted country butter, red sauce (f*** brown) and a runny fried egg into the mix and you are in cholestrol heaven

When my Nana used to go back to Ireland she would bring back white and black pudding and top sausages. Top stuff.

As a lad who's grown up in the Metropolitan Borough of Bury, it saddens me to say that haggis is far superior to black pudding.
