My wife may be going to Seattle to work for 3 months. I will have to cook and clean if she goes.
Iím useless at cooking, havenít even boiled an egg since the back end of 1987.
Do you have to f*** around browning meat, onions etc before, or can you just chop everything up and chuck it in the slow cooker?

some would argue that you should, I generally just bung it in, not had any complaints.

Bought one last night off the back of this. Chopped some leek, onion and potato last night. Browned beef off this morning, a liberal dose of paprika, bunged it all in, added 1.5l beef stock, gave it a stir, put it on low. See you at 6pm
