Me too, it's an excellent idea. Though why this is even an issue in the 21st century is a beyond me. Why would you not donate your organs, you aren't going to need them once your brown bread anyway?

Anyone want my prostate? I should imagine its bulletproof what with all the w*****g I've done over the years. Strengthens it apparently.

Will throw the old testes in too if interested. Tenner each or two for fifteen and get a third one free

it's a good idea. potential for lots of bants if face transplant technology gets better.
