Default Adhd

Was listening to someone describe this on the radio the other day and it resonated with me. Not anywhere near to the same degree.

But my mind runs a million miles an hour, i am a massive fidget and can't settle, over thinking stuff.

The phone tends to stop these behaviours as I concentrate on stuff...

Just did an online test and scored highly!

Exactly the same. It drives my wife mad as once I get something in my head, I can't let it go. I'll be in bed and randomly think "where is my passport" and I won't be able to sleep until I find it Out of nowhere, too. I also can't make eye contact with people for very long and can't sit still for very long without something popping into my head. I think it is linked to my old anxiety but it's a shitter.

Sounds like you are too. Not being able to make eye contact is one of the classic tell-tale signs.
