Default Getting rid of fat quickly

Right. I'm 6ft and 12 3/4 stone.

Not bad shape, keep fit, don't eat lots of carbs, fats or sugars

Trying to trim a bit of fat off, particularly bit off the stomach area. But it's coming off really slowly. Is there any way to stimulate getting rid of the fat you have first rather than the calories consumed in a day?

Time to do exercise (morning, before bed etc), particular foods, supplements? I don't at the moment drink any protein shakes but not massively looking to baulk up. Don't know if they would help with weight loss.

burn more calories than you consume
drink 2-3 litres of water a day
try and move a bit more than you do now
