Had 2 for me tea....the pegger is out and has asked me to save her some of the mix for later

Last year the flour was having a weavil party so gf has bought some ready made ones

Better than i imagined tbf but the lack of flipping doesmt feel right. Probably good practice for tommorow tho

Had a couple of Sunday and tonight. Just trying to keep it real at the end of the day.

Intend to have more of them through the year rather than go crazy (2 no) this time of year.

Too many and it could get a bit sugary Yorkshire puddings though. Dilemma central.

Will (won’t) report back through the year.

Prefer American style tbh

150g self raising flour (gluten free in our household)
175ml milk
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
1tbsp caster sugar
1 egg
