Default Self Improvement - detail your odyssey

With all this talk of biohacking, Jordan Peterson's guide to lobsters and the like, I thought I'd start a thread on self ACTUALISATION.

This could be concerning your economic situation, health, lack of a bird: whatever.

I want you to break down your posts into 3 sections; Story, Steps, Future facts.

Story:
middle aged slob, woody allen levels of health concerns.

I've been so scared of having a heart attack that I've neglected one of my great passions: extreme jogging.

Steps:
I've invested in a Polar heart rate monitor. Guess what? The inbuilt HRM on my running machine has been lying to me, causing me to stroll instead of march!

I've upped my pace and ordered some running shoes.

I've also invested in a shitload of HUEL, as recommended by Whip Chubley.

Future facts:
I will be back to half-marathon levels of fitness within 12 months.
I will slim down from over 14st to 11 stone.
I will increase plectrum sales.
I will win FOTY.

Healthier, fitter, more productive!

Not mad keen on taking mind pills as I'm extremely neurotic. Anyone here on modafilnil?

Probably the most effective thing any of us could do to improve personal effectiveness/productivity would be to delete our account

Steps
4 sessions of BJJ/MMA a week, 3 of power lifting
creeping towards vegetarianism


Future facts
Blue belt this year (no chance)
Stay consistently at 10% BF
Amateur MMA fight, or at the very least a couple of Jitz tournaments
Get sponsored by Huel

Using a shaker just doesn't work. I also stick a teaspoon of cacao in from time to time, as their flavour pouches are rubbish
