Anyone else into this?

By into it, I'm trying it today because of a rough weekend.

Half way into the day and I'm starting to know what bobby sands must have felt like. Although I did skip the shite on the walls part (for now)

Done either nine or ten days without eating solids in 2014. Ended up with a very, very, very messy mustard-like liquid explosion in my underwear when I farted on the final day

Worst time to do it.

If you want to fast properly you need a good 3 or 4 days eating healthy food beforehand
