Big volcano in the canaries. Holiday makers stranded.

It is reckoned that if a big enough chunk of lanzarote fell into the sea the ensuing tsunami would wreck the eastern seaboard of the US

It's actually Cumbre Vieja on La Palma and it's reckoned it's over-exaggerated somewhat.
