All Christmas cooking is to be left to my mum this year, first time in a few years I'll have the joy of a full, proper home cooked Christmas dinner. My old man made us steak tournedos rossini last year, as fancy as it sounds it missed the mark for Christmas imo.

Bloody love Christmas dinner & all the trimmings, big shout out to homemade bread sauce as the kind of Christmas condiments.

Did a gammon in cola a couple of years back. Decent enough but not really worth the effort over roasting it. Remember to keep topping up the cola as it evaporates easily. Takes ages.
