I have one, no need to parboil just soak the chips in water before hand, dry them off. Do not overfill the fryer, tbh really only makes enough for one person at a time. Chips are great considering how little oil you use.

I know a Japanese guy at work who is constantly jetting around the globe. He says heís a frequent air fryer.

Mineís broken

I need a replacement spindle. So far itís had a new paddle and lid. Itís years old and the heat has made the plastic brittle. Itís cheaper than buying a new one.

Not had chips in weeks.
