Default Air Fryer - Anyone have one ?

My old deep fat fryer died on me last night

Any top reds switched it up to one of these new healthy air fryers?

interested to hear thoughts on taste and chip consistency

so you are staying with the traditional frying method

I had this but the older version and all the electronics died on it.

Had a couple of actifrys.

To make decent chips it helps to soak off the starch and then dry them. Ballache.

I use olive oil, chopped garlic and rosemary.

Yeah I just reckon if youíre frying, donít try to be healthy. Itís a treat, embrace it and do it properly and be healthy another time.

Good for chips, great for roast potatoes. Great for breaded chicken. / kfc style stuff. f***ing superb for Lamb chops. Get one.

This....if your having chips, have chips....

I triple fry (some times chest with just the double)

But temperature gradient with less time per fry

140 - 9 mins
160 - 6 mins
Max gauge - 3 mins

Also try and soak the potato over night

Ballache but the chips though
