Agreed. They re mental.

It's essentially like Cornwall or Alsace having a vote, illegal and against the constitution. Catalonia has never existed as an independent nation, has a high degree of autonomy and the idea it's 'repressed' is -was until today - a joke. But this approach is absolutely shocking.

A couple of Catalans I know reckon a No was likely until this horrific behaviour.
