f*** the lamps, get out for an oddball walk every day you f***ing lazy twat

Listen to some music as you walk, that way you can avoid the stop and chat

And finally, eat some proper food you f***ing daft hippy

This is why I want a dog.

A SAD lamp makes less mess though.

i think the weather impacts your mood but not your mental wellbeing. a SAD(case) lamp won't be enough.

i don't know what your lifestyle is like, but if you're sedentry and indoors too much, then get out & active (as no fun says).

this.

no excuse to not be walking 5 miles a day if you've no commitments. will only take you about an hour and a half and it will set you up for the day, improve your mood and get you fitter/lose weight.

cream lad just needs to find a pasttime to fill the days imo

writing courses?
become a gym rat?
build a train set?
volunteer? (not in the local, traditional sense)


anything is better than spending too much time online. believe me it's mind rotting.
