Either a bacon butty (Warbs/Brown) or plain buttered toast (proper loaf) as made by my nan whilst I was approx 7-12 years old.. (Gas grill.. this is important).

No point dragging it out; either meet your maker or laugh at the (hilarious) wum

Got to be practical. Keep it simple. Full English or Sunday Roast sounds great but might have Ashton Red putting it together in the kitchen. Wouldn't get past the first forkful.

Couple of bars of chocolate for me. Maybe a chocolate milk as well.
