Love The Bachman Books too. Would love to see The Long Walk be made into a film.

They scared me senseless as a kid...

"It" is a great book, i hope this film is better than the original series, but given the length of the book and how sections describe different times in history, I'd guess they're going to leave chunks out.

A lot of King's books are brilliant, but a lot of the film adaptations are shite, Salems Lot, Shawshank and Green Mile are good, so's The Shining even though it goes away from the book quite a bit. The Mist is better than I expected, The Running Man had next to f*** all to do with the book. Dead Zone was shit even though it had Christopher Walken and was probably the easiest to film faithfully to the book, which is among his best. Pet Sematary was utter gash, Christine is alright but again left a fair bit of the book out.
