I try and run 3 times a week at 6 miles each time. 8:30 mile average usually.

2 years ago ran a marathon and trained 8 months for it. It was crazy doing 16-20 miles at a time. I've calmed down a bit since then but would like to do another marathon.

Only reason I spin.....

Sit at the back, loose shorts or trackies, SHEESH....

Im just trying to improve my fitness. My problem is my diet, you cant out train a bad diet.

Same here, used to do 5k around 26 minutes and 10k around 57.

Fleetwood has been knackered for about a month and its really pissing me off.

I get days where I think my back feels fine, try to run and have to give up after 20 or 30 seconds because the pain is unbearable

Mrs' dad used to run them, he's now riddled with arthritis.

Makes you think.

My old man had back problems (from being a paramedic) I always fear them through quite strenuous work....we get free massages and chiropractic through work.
Started going...

I used to have lower back problems at the very point where spine meets arse. It was a muscle idcwasted by STOPPING training....
