defrosted bolognaise (no spag) with wholemeal bun and flora light. Bit of parmesan.

better than expected.

Still on Soup and the like, due to dodgy tooth With any luck the hole will be filled over and this will be my last week. Sick of bloody rice pudding.


I thought a 'liquid diet' would help me keep weight off but I've eaten so many chocolate sundaes / yoghurts / rice pudding with jam. Ive put 1.3 stone on

Must be frustrating having to rely on a 'liquid diet' when you're desperate to get your hole filled.

I usually allow myself one of these a week as a treat. I've really missed them. This time next week
