Tried watching that three times and fell asleep three time after ten minutes. Loved him in notebook though.

2016 was shite overall for film. I struggled to make a top 10. Anyway, Silence, La La Land, the Alien and Predator films are high on my list. Very intrudged by Blade Runner.

Is that the one where he rocks up at a funeral and blows away a cop with a sawn off shotgun from his limo? If so, f***ing fantastic film.

The Neon Demon - visually stunning (apparently) load of pretentious shite. Was dull and dark and over the top moody imo. f***ing boring for the most part too. The flashing triangle segment brought out the old illuminati symbolism/mind control through cinema argument as well

BOY - New Zealand based comedy. Lovely film, bit rough around the edges but funny.

The Hollars - Nice little film, sad but good..

The Magnificent Seven - it was alright, just. Denzel remains

Peeples - mildly amusing romcom

Kevin Hart What Now? - a bit disappointing tbh, nowhere near as good as his earlier stand up stuff.

The BFG - love the story, largely unimpressed by the movie though, just Disney by numbers movie making. Boring.

Trolls - shit

Middle School - good family film with a bit of animation thrown in and a bit of a twist.

*disclaimer, most were in 2016, but f*** it.
