'Afternoon my fellow fat bastards. Started my diet around a week ago, been making inroads into the carb count and joined a gym last week where I've booted the arse out of the cardio stuff mostly.

The bouncers made me ditch my snack at the door

Anyway first tip.

To avoid getting fat do the following,

1. Don't get married

2. Don't have children

Right I have started and official starting weight and target weight thread which we can all update on a weekly basis.

I also suggest a thread with your daily meal plans on, I suggest marko starts this as he was the first to do it on the original thread on the main forum.

We probably also need an exercise thread too.

Stay stong fat clubbers.
