Default Slow cooker

Bought a slow cooker last week, and used it for the first time yesterday.

I put stewing steak, carrots, shallots, potatoes, red wine, herbs etc.

Oh my!! when I got through the door last night the smell was wizard.
The meat was so soft and falling apart, the spuds were proper soft, the sauce was amazing.

I deffo recommend buying one.

I'm doing a chicken and Chorizo pot tomorrow.

This forum has spring back to life again! Hurrah!
If you're using wine for the chicken tomorrow, use this... It is made for Chorizo and chicken combo!
