Nope, Keanes signing the pair of 'em. He can gauarantee TGP regular football at Thew Black Cats, which he apparantly won't get at United.

There's not a hope in hell we'd sell or release Scholes.

It's right there in black and white, Scholes doesn't want to stay and fight for his place at 32 and Fergie won't stand in his way so he's off. Sounds like it's a done deal.

I thought it was odd that in the pictures of OH and Nani, OH didn't have a squad number on his shirt. I hope this is just paper talk.

Well, if true, it is a sad sad day.

Again, if true, what's happening is that we will be playing a 4-2-3-1 next year. With that, there's a lot of young, attacking players in front of that "two" so defensive solidity will be a must. Scholes probably recognises that they'll only use him in certain games.

See, I reckon if he stays, there's every chance that in some big away games, Fergoz could opt for Fletcher over Scholes. That's going to bite.

If he leaves though, that leaves us an injury away from Fletcher or (God forbid) even O'Shea playing!

I'd say the overriding factor must surely be wages though?

Waiting for either number 4 or 8 depending on who comes/goes.
