Had it for about 4 years now.

30 years of wearing in the ear headphones and god knows how many concerts and festivals has taken its toll.

the constant high pitch squealing is f***ing horrible.

Yes. Bad. About 5 years. Pitch changes with how stressed you are or how well youve slept. Best thing is to avoid silence. Use sound machine apps to mask it.

Has got worse over time. No cure or any real treatment bar covering it with other sounds.

Do not use head or ear phones anymore.

There are meds currently being human tested but that's years away.

It's hairs deep in your ear being damaged by noise n your brain is getting f***ed audio signal.
