There's no answer for it too. 3k tickets to be divvied amongst 7-10k applying all the time. Plus the new wave of fans who have had a ST for 4 years can apply now too, which further reduces the chances.

the answer is to up the minimum quota make it 3k or 10% whichever is higher unless the away club doesn't want them
