De Laet and King recalled from Preston

I wonder why.

De Laet to be sold, King not sure.

It's understandable, but unless Fergie is going to use them, or has another loan deal already sorted, it just hurts the players.

King was on loan for 3 months & De Laet for a month.

Did they get any games?

Both loan periods were due to end on Jan 4 so it seems a bit petty, tbh. Mind you, after a good start, and some bad injuries, it seemed King hadn't really done a lot recently anyway. De Laet I haven't followed but I doubt he's somehow turned into a top class defender.

think matty james has stayed there, hasn't he? been the best of their loanees as well from what i've read.
