well we haven't had a shot on target yet, so we're in danger of losing this without a whimper. They've snuffed out all our attacking options, we need to support the forwards more as they've got 10 men behind the ball all the time.

Anderson must come on after the break if things remain the same till half time.
According to R5, he's being rested.

Never understood why a 22 year old top athlete needs to be rested to be honest.

I hardly think Ronaldo based on the season so far will make much of an impact

They're frustrating us, but by no means are dominating. They'll run out of steam in the last third and we'll get at them.

BBC five live is a load of ABU shite, I can assure you Ronaldo isnt being rested, it just wouldnt make sense. we're already qualified for the CL, our next game after that aint till monday. Hes clearly picked up a knock on international duty.

exactly.

why is it in the 70s/80s when players regularly got tanked up, didn't train as much, didn't have a massive backroom team of fitness, nutrition experts, they were able to play 50-60 games a season on mudbath pitches without being rested?

They stopped making real men in the 80s.

Because its not true, Ronaldo revels in being kicked and it gets the best out of him.

£#%&! me. I'm sure he just went in 2-footed on Evra, ref doesn't even bot an eyelid. Few seconds later Evra slides in on the @#%&! and wins the ball fair and square, that @#%&! in black blows and gives him a massive talking to. Ridiculous.

Would rather have Rooney on, he's someone who can pull something from nowhere

That was easily our worst 45 minutes of the season. Their gameplan is working perfectly. Davies has been allowed to get away with assault after assault on Evra, this is consequently winding our lads up and they're starting to get niggly. Apart from the set piece they've created nothing and are relying on getting 10 men behind the ball all the time.

We need to bring on Anderson, somebody to pick a decent pass out in the final 3rd. We just keep hitting crosses and long balls to Saha who is really isn't at the races or connecting with Tevez at all.

We need to seriously buck our ideas up in the 2nd half because we've shown nothing of the brilliant football we've been playing so far this season.

Yep. Unbelievable. I'm not surprised Fergie was doing his nut onthe touchline.
