Veron was sold just as it looked like he would come good, started well at Chelsea, then £#%&!ed his back up.

You feel sorry for him, the management are at fault for the Berbatov issue, they knew what they were getting, but when you see him moan and blame other players, especially younger ones who need confidence, its easy to lose sympathy for him.

Most people say that due to one pass in pre-season to Ruud.

Fact is, in the title run-in when we hit top form, he was nowhere near the side.

A good decision to £#%&! him off, as his stint at Chelsea proved.
