I dont think United should do anything thats not 100% legal here..including a medical on the 'qt'. We should just do everything as clean and above board as possible.

The time span of 2/3 weeks of the case being resolved is largely irrelevant as it was always intended that once tevez had his medical he would then be going on a break following the copa america.

Has anyone had any experience with arbitration before ?

Completely impartial - They do not £#%&! about. This is good news.

He's due a break having just got back into the country yesterday !

By the time he's due back, it'll be done and dusted hopefully.
