“I have no concerns whatsoever,” Rodgers said. “I think Steven will go away and when he reflects on what has been personally a brilliant season, he has been very unfairly pointed out in terms of his slip. It could have happened in the third game, it could have happened in the fourth game, but it certainly wasn’t anywhere near the defining moment of our season.
“That wasn’t what cost us the league. It was more [to do with the] games when we won — when we won 5-3 at Stoke City when we conceded three, when we won 6-3 at Cardiff City and conceded three, when we won 4-3 at home against Swansea City and conceded three. It was those games, not Steven’s slip or Kolo Touré’s misplaced pass against West Bromwich Albion
Yeah , that's what cost you the league...the games you won

No one was blaming Kolo Touré until he brought it up

Depends on which rules they use for all the different leagues they make up.

I know its been touched upon but I see Brenton seems to have a permanent 96 badge sewed into his suit. Jesus, they can be played like £#%&!ing fiddles that lot.

Didn't fat Rafa in the m8dst of a Moyes-esque losing streak in his final season quote a few lines from YNWA during a pre-match conference and everything was £#%&!in boss again?

Rafa also donated £96,000 to some campaign fund despite a £7m payoff and it immortalised him.

What a dick. Carrying around someone else's brat and actually doing the hunter gathering at Tescos. No wonder he finished second.
