Do what I do, sit down to watch the match at 7.45pm and not a second earlier.

Get the £#%&! out of there from the HT whistle until 2nd half kick off too.

15 poxy minutes of pre-match build up is cack tbh. When you factor in they have about 3 ad breaks in that time it's actually about 7 mins of build up.
