Ipswich 9-0
Roma 7-1
Scousers 2-0 (scholes rio and a dirty atmosphere)
Scousers 3-0 following season
Rooney Goal v Bolton where he and Ronaldo ran from the edge of our box with a couple of one twos

Roma match I was inthe middle of Mexico, found a bar with it on, couldn't £#%&!ing believe it. The barman kept coming in to check the score, had a good craic with him. Well as good as you can in broken Spanish

That was horrible. Apart from the 45 seconds after Scholes scored, the only bit I enjoyed was the full time whistle. Disgusting. The most stressful match I can ever remember. I think I spent the last ten minutes with my head in my hands. Was shattered at full time

The penalty shoot out in Moscow was a walk in the park in comparison.

5-2 vs palace. A pa announcement went up for a mr mistry to contact the nearest steward. Cue 'There's only one Mr Mistry' and numerous others out of the song book.

Great thread.

Barca 84.

Liverpool 3-1. 1/1/89. Never really been a goon it like since, 3 goals in 7 minutes...was very nearly sick.

Blackburn 93. At last.

Liverpool 2-1 FA Cup 99.

2-0 vs Arse Invincibles. As previously stated, best modern day atmosphere at OT. Loudest OT has been in a long, long time. (Barca 08 included).

Don't remember that. Must have been there, hadn't sacked the ST off by then. Probably drunk, or asleep

In no particular order...

5-0 in the derby
2-1 vs. Arsenal in 2008
0-0 v Everton. Sir Matt's game
2-1 v Boro, Rumbelows Cup Semi 1992(?)
Not sure it counts, but, Palace (a) in '93. Watched it on the screens in OT

Didn't Villa kick off before us, and were already losing before United's game started? They wouldn't let that happen now

Same here. Cried like a baby whilst ripping the champions league banners that covered the advertising up, White and black that one, nicked a silver and black one a few seasons later. Gotta be worth a pound or two.

Talking of souvenirs, did anyone else get the evening news that was printed in Barcelona? Looked on eBay and asked everyone I know who was there too and everyone looks at me like I am simple. All in boxes and folders at my Mam's. Glad I took a rucksack. Got everything from that day including Nutella ads that were on the seats and a couple of the Amstel hats.

That's the one.
