It looks extremely strong. Although Barca can still claim to have the strongest, I think.

Run out of Kahlua, man.

Isn't it nice realising that Richardson and Fletch are OUT!?

Hmmm, we aren't far off though.

Never thought I'd say that.

This summer, I thought, it'd be Hargreafes and MAYBE another striker.

It's £#%&!ing great is this.

As I said here, the only place they're stronger than us is up front. And if Tevez signs there'll be less of a gap there, too.

I think Barca still have a slightly stronger squad, but that's mainly because some of our best players are still so young.

Ronaldinho and Messi are two of the best four players in the world.
I think Eto'o is currently the best striker in the world.
Henry can win games on his own when he's at his best.

I'd love to meet them in Europe next season. Would be one hell of a game.

It's the strongest SQUAD i've seen in 30 years+ of following United but i'd still have our '94 team over them.

In fact, 94 v Brazil 70 would have resulted in a humiliation for polo and his mates.

Oh, and we'll need another out-and-out striker while we're getting giddy with the cheque book.

There's a lot of outs and ins there.

I'd still be gutted if Gabby went to Anfield.

Think it's neck and neck between us and Barca at the moment. But don't forget they've probably got Lampard to come. If they complete that transfer, we'll have by far the strongest squad.

Calm down lads. Let's wait until we see this team in action.

I'm sure Chelsea fans were looking forward to winning it all when they added %@#$&!, Cole and Shevchenko to their league winning side last summer.

A little caution will make the football feast even sweeter.

I was all set for a long love affair with Heinze.

Sadly he turned out to have feet of clay...or more accurately sheets of ice.

So Abidal-Chivu or Milito-Puyol/Marquez-Zambrotta is £#%&!ing shit is it?

Our squad is now very young, Barca's is full of experience. I'm happier with the players we have and certainly wouldn't swap them, but Barca do have the stronger squad on paper. For this season, at least.
