Thumbs up

I voted other because "eventually" signifies a fairly long wait like Fergie's first years (86-93)

2018 or 2019 for Mourinho's first league.

I have no idea how it will go, but if he doesn't start winning football matches pretty £#%&!ing soon, I can't see him being in the job beyond his current contract.

can easily still make top 4, results this weekend prove it - except ours. gotta at least start to turn it round over the next 6 weeks...

but 9 wins in his last 30 with two of the most expensive squads ever assembled in england is shocking - is that stat actually true?

no wonder jose is all over the cups, and tbf i'm happy for us to be a cup team for a bit - winning cups could be the root of big game management for this shower of £#%&!ing @#%&!s and might save jose's job...

The double standards are bizarre.

He ostracised Basti but champions Fellaini.

Mhiki was nowhere to be seen until last week.

He's chosen a horrifically slow 35 year old to lead our attack.

zlatan's a quality player and love the fact he adds a bit of arrogance and balls to the team as well...

mourinho isn't dumb. of course he wants the league cup. of course he wants the uefa cup. the united team is no closer to winning the league off the back of the 150m he's already spent than it was off the back of the 300m the club already threw at it since fergie left them to it off the back of his 13th league title...
Agree with most of this tbh.

just hope results can turn for him and we can get a bit of arrogance in our league form and finally some momentum for everyone's sake.

some of the attacking football we've been playing has been like united of yore

What double standards? Your post?

Van gaal played fellaini all the time and built our strategy around accommodating Rooney. We also played some of the most life sapping football I've ever seen in 40 years of attending and he was defended on here in ways that I've not even seen the greatest manager of all time defended. In fact, quite the opposite.

The results have been poor but the performances encouraging - van gaal was the opposite most of the time. Bottom line is that van gaal got way more time on here than 7 months in ffs. If we're in the same position in a years time then go for you life.

You mean Zlatan, the free transfer that's currently only 2 goals behind "best centre forward in the world" Sergio Aguero in the goalscorers charts? Who has scored more than Harry Kane and Sadio Mane despite playing in a far more out of form team? That guy?
