Part of a squad overhaul. We looked clueless and weak against the top sides at times last season - I'd have killed to have Matic there instead of Felli or whoever else, letting people ghost past us.

He'll allow Pogba more freedom, he's a winner and we're not going to be stuck with inexperience or a right back/left back/Rooney playing holding midfield with Matic.

Spot on. The balance wasn't right in the middle, Matic, Pogba, Herrera is a strong midfield. Option to play Mik Dog or Juan Mat dog at the top of a 3 as well. Fellaini or Matic...no decision to make. Still think we may sign Fabinho too.
