So that's 17 who gave an empty vote. That'll be the same 17 who backed the FA's call to postpone the presidential election.

The SFA backed the FA in that, but the FAW and IFA didn't. Which means Wales and Norn Iron voted for Sepp Blatter to stay. Hopefully their representatives will be asked a lot of questions on their return.
