Once again he looked the best player on the pitch
Not everything he did was great (some loose touches at times) but so dangerous and intelligent in his movement and play
Would probably be better for him if he didn't go but he's going after that performance isn't he

Rooney was sharp as well but that was about the end of the positives
England were a shambles in midfield and looked very vulnerable at the back
Seems like he's absolutely not phased by any of this shit

Imagine he and Martial both score at the Euros

Just hoping they do it to every @#%&! they sign tbh

Normally anti- United involvement at these summer tournaments, good rest etc. Reckon it'll be good for Rashers though. Reckon by December the World will be looking at him like 'DAMN' only 19 ffs

Apparently Fergie was quoted last year as saying Rashers was going to be a great...

Remarkable how little hype there was around him before he was in the first team. His ability is obvious and he is not the typical young attacker who is quite raw, already has a well rounded game. Smart as well, not just pace and enthusiasm.

Utd have always produced defenders and midfielders by the truck load but not so much up front. He could be our best in that position since Hughes.

Who was the youth team coach that oversaw his development ?

Was it Warren Joyce ? He worked with Ole for a while didn't he ?

Warren Joyce is quality. Unlike city's guy, Warren Obhedd.

Just seen it on sky, Hodgson says, Sturridge has to train on Monday, or he will miss out on a place in the squad. Why are we taking such a risk, especially if it means leaving out the incredible speedy threat of Rashford?

Because Sturtidge does a little dance.

i know what you mean, but the united coverage has long become dominated by people second guessing everything the club does.

which pretty much gives the old ABU angle free rein when the political intelligentsia that think they could run a top level football club can't get enough public abuse of united.

at the moment it's pretty difficult to ignore the youngsters coming through, but let's face it, city are miles ahead of united in every department with even the embryos of salford begging to play for them.

Didn't actually play for Joyce's u21s much at all. Most recently it would have been Paul McGuinness, or Nicky Butt when he was playing in that u19s Champions League.

I wouldn't even mind the dance but for it being £#%&!ing shit. If you're gonna do some body-popping at least do it right.

Because Hodgson knows that if he takes Rashford and he doesn't win the tournament he'll be criticised by the arseholes in the sporting press for not taking Sturridge, and if he takes Sturridge and he get's injured or we don't win the tournament, he'll be criticised for not taking youth in preparation for a real run at World Cup 2018 like what Germany did that time. It's called Ollie Holt's @#%&!undrum. It's the same sort of thing that had Gerrard and Lampard fail at every major tournament for a decade while Michael Carrick and Paul Scholes were the most successful central midfield pairing in England for at least half that period.
