I think he's playing this card far too often tbh
He's never known anything other than shit loads of games in April because he's always managed teams who compete at the business end of the campaign.

The fact is, we're just not that good (& we have £#%&!ing loads of injuries)

I doubt he has had a team which has played 9/10 games in april though. The #@&%! up here has been letting 3 players go in jan( albeit they were shit) and not signing anyone. Maybe if they recalled peirera to play a few games, giving miki/mata a rest in that number 10 position , or even simply as cover.

He would have certainly done better than rooney today!
