Andy Gray at HT:

"I was worried about this ref appointment when I heard it."

Why because he might give us a decision you scouse loving @#%&!?

£#%&! knows what Evertonians must think of him- you'd think he was an ex Liverpoo player the way he goes on.

For once.
What annoyed me was Martin Tyler orgasming everytime Gerrard had a touch.

Thumbs up Rhodzy

Top man - absolutely nail on the head.

I couldn't believe how giddy he was, once in particular when Gerrard blasted one wide by about 4 or 5 Silvestre Heads.

Anyway, that Andy Gray/Red#@&%! spat was ace - if Richard Keys could have done or he would have done too.

You could tell how upset Gray was during his 'Last Word' show on SKY last night. He was very ashen faced & almost in tears.
Both of the 'SKY' darlings had been beaten & 'GRAND SLAM SUPER SUNDAY' hadn't gone his way (an ex-Evertonian as well! Shameful)

If you thought he was bad yesterday however, just imagine how he & Martin Tyler will cope if we beat Arsenal next month.
They'll commit a joint suicide pact on the fulltime whistle.

Arsenal the "purist's choice".

What have they done this year that's better than that class third goal for Utd yesterday, it had everything?

Give them a break for God's sake. They had a player killed at St Andrews.

It felt like the end of a beautiful dream, the shattering of a glass heart.

Arsenal's challenge for the title this season cast an enchantment over us all while it lasted.

The neutral thrilled to their football. The purist dissolved into raptures at the intricacies of their pass and move football.

It seems there's a whole breed of 'relatively' young journalists that are Wenger disciples.
He & his players simply can do no wrong.

We are getting NO credit whatsoever for overturning the 6pt defecit that faced us after the City defeat. None whatsoever.

'The Shattering of a Glass Heart'

Oh yeah, they're faultless aren't they...no niggling, nastiness or petulence is ever on display where Wengers purists are concerned is it?...
I bet every Angel in Heaven is crying at this very minute

Eboue's serial offending & dirtiness.
Adebayor headbutting his own team mates.
Fabregas' snide kicks & late tackles.
Flamini leaving his foot in ad nauseum.
the late Eduardo's knee-high lunge on Nani at Old Trafford.
Gallas' kick out at Nani & mental breakdown at St Andrews.

...etc..etc..

Yep, they're the Purists alright, the Neutrals choice.
How could you not warm to such a bunch of charmers?
