Fergie's team had the mindset to overcome injustice rather than get a shit result and then moan and play victim. Liverpool have had the latter mindset for decades.
Correct. Because they knew it was better to fight on the pitch than fight Ferguson or Keane in the dressing room. It wasn't all this hugging, kissing and arse squeezing from the manager on the touchline.

It reflects the leagues perfectly imo. We've effectively got a top six that could win the league each year, Germany and Spain a top two and France…well no further text.

There might have been an improptu one around Ole after he scored against them in the Cup. Is that acceptable?

- We’re back. Back where we belong, rubbing shoulders against Europe’s elite in a quest to be reunited with our old friend Big Ears. This is our competition, our bread and butter and we can beat anybody on our sacred turf. We are European Royalty. We are Liverpool.

- I don't like how Madrid have crept all the way up to 12 in our absence, it's time to close the gap

- We booing the UEFA anthem tomorrow or what? Hope so. Bring on the fines you corrupt @#%&!s

It's a new dipper policy, pre-emptive victimhood

They're playing Sevilla.

A quick recap of the last time they met this particular "elite" opponent...

I wonder if the Huddersfield forums have anyone talking about the league being their bread and butter and how we've crept up to 21 in their absence.

In the Auld Shillelagh pub next to my house there's a crowd of Liverpool supporters who sit up the back to watch every televised scouse game...amongst them, Guardian journo Gregg Bakowski and John Power the former singer in Cast.

To a man they refer to Liverpool as 'the Redmen'
