Why not?

He will have a limitless pot of money at a club that will be continuously challenging for all the top trophies and he will be managing in his favourite country.

Atm it seems far more attractive than coming to United where he will face the constant scrutiny of replacing the greatest manager ever, have extremely limited financial resources and never be able to surpass the success or legacy of his predecessor.
