anybody else i've missed out

which basically gives us plenty available to take on liverpool
if that was our first choice back 4 we would not be in the top four never mind top of the league. Therefore like the lad said we are injury ravaged.
We have a squad of 25 players so obviously you can pick a team of 11 players but it does not prove a point.

We were dogshit against Wolves (having started so well, too) and got exactly what our play merited.

Tuesday night, on the other hand........

I would like to see:

Van Der Sar

O'Shea Smalling Brown Evra

Fletcher Carrick Scholes Nani

Berbatov Rooney

However, I expect it to be:

Van Der Sar

O'Shea Smalling Brown Evra

Nani Fletcher Carrick Scholes Rooney

Berbatov

it isn't though, so you'd have to wonder whether your point was worth making

there were periods last season when evra was united's only fully fit defender iirc. and the 06/07 season run-in had half of them out injured as well. by comparison we are well off for defenders right now. we also have at least 8 high quality players to pick from in midfield and attack.

I reckon one of them will be on the bench, and with the utter lack of ideas in our midfield when the Ginger Prince is absent I hope Scholes starts.

We'll win tomorrow. Pressure is off, siege mentality.

United to win 1-3.

Berbs to open the scoring, Rooney brace.
