No one has said he’s shit. Just he’s not done anything yet or looked even remotely comfortable or part of the team. It’s been mentioned as a result of the reports from Chile and TBR piping him off for giving the ball away and trying to win it back

Who has heralded him as amazing? All I see is posters saying let’s give him time to settle in rather than knee jerk writing him off after less than six games

He was fairly anonymous so far, and as someone else said he hesitated a bit when he could have just taken the shot on more than one occasion.
