In an interview with Movistar+, to be aired in full later this month, Morata said he was happy at Stamford Bridge, but he may be interested in heading back to Madrid.

"Obviously I have to respect Chelsea, who made a huge effort to sign me and I'm very happy here," he said.

"But Madrid will always be Madrid for me."

shambles.

Conte said yesterday it could be a day week month or a year before he’s back. Something stinks at Chelsea.

Three strikers cost £50m+ this summer and none of them have been very good.

Where are all the good strikers?

Morata is a bit of a Di Maria type(meaning he would walk back to Madrid if they came calling)
I don't think you get the best out of any player who is not 100% happy at his club.

Right.

Obvs have to pay a lot more than 50m for the finished article.

There’s gotta be a correction in the market before long. We’re not playing to big Rommers strengths but ffs, we should be doing better for that money.
