Allegedly

Few people on RI saying Keano has left Ipswich via mutual consent.

Wonder where, and indeed if, he might get another job if that is true.

Someone on RedCafe said he's been sacked, but the others are saying its expected that the media will be told he's left via mutual consent tomorrow morning.

Bit of a weird one, with a carling cup semi coming up.

He was at Arsenal last night ahead of the semi final so if he's gone, he musn't have seen it coming.

It would be quite odd if he's gone to the Arsenal game, then 24 hours later he's 'left via mutual consent'

Unless he's asked for money to buy players ahead of the game, but they wouldnt give it to him so he quit on the spot? Sounds like something Roy would do.

Weird how they'd sack him just before a semi final. They've got no chance but it's their biggest game in years and he got them there

Whens the semi final, next week? I'm sure he's seen Arsenal play and put his foot down over his players not being good enough.

He's also taking them towards relegation in the league and has brought in a load of utter shite despite having 10M to spend Evans probably didn't want to give Keane any money during this window. The cups are irrelevant as they're gonna get murdered anyway... the league is their concern and based on current form they're going to end up relegated.

A slightly weird time to do it, maybe, but still the right decision.

Roy Keane..

The biggest ego walking this earth

Give it a few years and his next book will be saying how bad a job SAF was doing 2005/6 nothing to do with him being a past-it gobshite..

Keane WILL come out against SAF eventually purely and simply because Fergie saw that he offered little and upset a lot (whereas the ego still thought he was the %@#$&!s)

I'm glad he has been embarrassed at Ipswich, let's hope he can be a little introspective and realise his shortcomings..

Doubt it, he will keep cropping up like a bad smell, much like Hughes has done

I reckon he'll £#%&! off now, Australia or somewhere. Obvious he isn't going to be a manager of any repute.
