Nah mate. They don't get injuries because they have most of the possession according to Siders.

Remind me how many injuries we used to get when we'd play hog the ball with Van Gaal in charge?

Oh yeah, £#%&!ing loads.

Really was horrific luck

I know it’s probavly drugs, but don’t discount the possibility that City’s training is more advanced than the average English clubs also

Rojo missed awhile with a thigh strain too
Falcao had calf problems
Ashley Young had groin and hamstring injuries
Phil Jones had quite a few hamstring injuries
Valencia had thigh, groin and hamstring injuries
Di Maria had calf, groin, thigh and mental injuries
RvP had hamstring injuries
Martial injured his hamstring in a warm up

Can't remember the rest.. I know Dé Gea had a fractured finger, Mata had a hip problem, Rooney and Fellaini had ankle issues

£#%&!ing "impact injuries" ffs. We never tackled any one

Players used to injure themselves in the £#%&!ing warm ups. I remember the winter of 2015 we had no less than about 13 first team players injured. We ended up fielding a back four of Varela, Borthwick Jackson, Carrick and McNair.

Yeah that’s when the article is from.

I remember Valencia and Rojo playing brilliantly in the derby at OT. Both were immediately ruled out for 4 months with foot and shoulder injuries. Young got done in a challenge. Even Basti’s major injury was getting his shin smashed against Sheffield United.

If only they were just little muscle injuries. They were often much worse.
