Barkley has done nothing in comparison, remember the chucks Ramsey's shown after his foot nearly came off. The lad would flourish at Utd, capable of Zidane-esque moments of incomparable skill. He'll be dictating games, Barkley couldn't run a bath the thick @#%&!.

Great goal. Lovely player, but will never be tops sadly.

His weak mentality was shown early in his cowardly decision to join arsenal ahead of us. Imagine where he'd be now at the age of 24, after 7 years(!) at united and a shitton of trophies. The winning mentality of united combined with that talent could have been very special. I'm sure he regrets his choice big time.

England must now be favorites for a euro and world cup double.

That's the thing, I don't think ive ever seen ramsey dictate a game. He's been in the top flight since 2008. Barkley has had 2 seasons. He's still raw but has shown signs of reaching a level above people like ramsey.

He has lifted Englands performance to another level.

You either trust the talents who will make mistakes or stick with physique and power who will be like obedient robots.

Barkley is exciting as hell.

decent second half that tbh considering we're missing about 10 players

needs to go with youth and pace, get rid of jones and delph.
