Very interesting and informative AGM this morning, although the overall current situation at the club is quite shocking

Any other Fredsters there today..?

Just sold him to Southport for 35 grand.

Gutted - we need the likes of JC out on the pitch to stay up - but it's difficult to argue the logic of it. He's a talented, ambitious lad, and his contract was up at the end of the season. He'd have gone for nothing in the summer. Big question is, though, if he'd helped to keep us up, would it have been worth ultimately getting no fee for him?

It's not quite completely f***ed up mate, but the big, unexpected drop-off in ST and membership sales since the move to BP has left the club staring into the abyss, financially. Things will have to change, and change very quickly, if it's going to stay viable beyond the short/medium term.
