The FC United 2017/18 Thread
Well someone had to start it
Going to be a long, hard slog over this season, I reckon. Don't see any creativity or firepower in the squad. Bottom third and flirting with relegation is probably a realistic expectation. There are a few big old names in this league - Southport, Stockport (still) and York. Couple of nice away days, starting with York on August BH Monday. Stop press: losing 2-1 after 78 mins away at Brackley in the opening game |

Eh up, something's happening here.
Three wins out of four in the league since Tom Greaves took over as interim manager. Five straight wins at Broadhurst Park. 2-0 down at half-time tonight, came back to win 3-2. Open, entertaining football being played again for the first time in a couple of seasons. Out of the relegation places for now. Looking better... |
